基于工况影响的蛇行输送机转弯运动仿真及实验研究

Simulation and experimental study on the turning motion snaking conveyor based on the working conditions

摘要: 以蛇行输送机为研究对象,设计了蛇行输送机的三维模型与实物图,基于Serpenoid曲线对蛇行输送机的运动形态进行数学描述,并对其进行离散化设计和时域扩展,运用MATLAB软件找到了蛇行输送机转弯运动时的最佳控制参数区间。对蛇行输送机蜿蜒运动、向左转弯、向右转弯三种工况进行了运动仿真分析,得到了不同工况影响下的各相邻机架间转向角度的变化规律。最后,根据所得蛇行输送机转弯运动时的机架间转向角度特性对蛇行输送机实车进行转弯实验研究,实验结果验证了转弯运动控制参数的有效性及合理性。该研究将会为今后蛇行带式输送机的转弯运动的研究提供理论基础,为蛇行带式输送机在实际的生产布置、运行提供理论依据。

Abstract: Abstract: The hunting conveyor as research object, design the 3D model and the physical map of hunting conveyor, mathematical description of movement patterns of Serpenoid curve of conveyor based on hunting, and carries on the discrete design and time domain expansion, using MATLAB software to find the optimal parameters of interval turning movement of the conveyor system. The hunting conveyor movement, turn left, winding turn right three conditions for the motion simulation analysis, obtained the frames of different conditions under the influence of the variation of the angle between steering. Finally, according to the frame of the hunting conveyor turning movement of the steering angle characteristics experimental study on the hunting vehicle turning conveyor, the experimental results verify the validity and rationality of the turning motion control parameters. This research will provide a theoretical basis for the research of belt conveyor for hunting turning movement, and provide a theoretical basis in the production layout, the actual operation of the belt conveyor for hunting.
